U-Drive Ltd. is seeking ambitious individuals for a Management Programme in Manchester. You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of branch management, from daily operations to leadership, with a clear progression path to a full Branch Manager role.

The programme fast-tracks development, offering structured onboarding, shadowing, and commercial training to empower you to take on real responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
• Confidence interacting with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Ambition to build long-term management career.
• Positive, energetic and proactive attitude.
• Sales-focused experience leading and growing a team is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• GCSE qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of running a successful vehicle rental branch.
• Support and lead a small customer-facing team.
• Manage daily branch operations and customer service delivery.
• Handle bookings, rental agreements and vehicle logistics.
• Monitor vehicle availability, fleet condition and turnaround times.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate new business leads.
• Drive sales performance and promote additional products and services.
• Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop understanding of branch performance, profitability and commercial decision-making.
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility as part of management development journey.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting (such as retail, food retail, hospitality or a similar environment preferred)

• A positive, energetic and proactive attitude
