• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Involve in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and drive a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate alignment with company core values.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Work approx. 46 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm with alternate Saturdays 8am-4pm.
