Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team with line management responsibility.
• Own all sales, operations, resources and customer service to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Involve in HR, performance management and recruitment to develop our people.
• Lead Health and Safety compliance and branch standards.
• Model the company core values in daily leadership.
• Foster a customer-focused culture within the branch.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Typical 46 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm with alternating Sat 8am-4pm.
