Job summary

Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is seeking a Parts Administrator to ensure engineers have the tools, parts and equipment when needed. You'll source and order items, manage stock in the store, and allocate parts to jobs while maintaining accurate records.

You will spend time in both the office and stores, handling invoicing, warranties, deliveries and vehicle checks, and you may drive to sites. A valid UK driving licence is preferred for occasional site deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar supplier-based role is preferred.
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software.
• Strong administrative and stock control capabilities.
• Must have a current UK driving licence for occasional site deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Source and order parts, PPE and tools to support engineers.
• Ensure timely delivery and correct allocation to jobs.
• Administer invoices, warranties and update records.
• Maintain neat, organized stores and allocate parts to correct jobs.
• Support supply of refrigerants and branch fleet administration; perform some safety checks.
