Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking a Branch Assistant to support a busy branch across deliveries, warehousing and counter service. You will play a vital role in keeping the branch moving, delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting daily operations with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving licence, strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training and career growth opportunities are provided across the UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Support warehouse operations and stock management as required.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Assist at the trade counter and support Click & Collect where needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before journeys and keep company vehicles clean and compliant.
