Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch team in the UK. The role blends deliveries, warehouse operations and branch support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will help keep the branch running smoothly, deliver products on time, and assist customers at the trade counter. You will be part of a close-knit team, contributing to high service levels, and supporting stock control and safety procedures across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Assist with stock movements, stock checks and warehouse procedures.
