Responsibilities

• Launch, improve, and scale UK operations, products, tools, and systems.
• Own first-line oversight of UK brokerage operations, including reporting controls and transfer operations.
• Ensure daily operations align with FCA CASS regulations and Consumer Duty.
• Partner with Brokerage Ops, Compliance, Risk, CX, Finance, Product, Engineering and Vendor Management.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and readiness for new launches.
