Job summary

TOTAL Plumbing, part of the LBS Group, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Tenby branch to continued success. You’ll be responsible for the effective, efficient and profitable running of the branch, and you’ll motivate your team to achieve sales and service goals.

This role requires strong leadership, customer focus and financial awareness, plus the ability to develop relationships with customers and suppliers, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Previous management experience, ideally in plumbing & heating trade, retail or merchanting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Good financial and operational awareness.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service? TOTAL Plumbing, part of the LBS Group, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our Tenby branch and lead it to continued success.

What You’ll be doing:

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective, efficient and profitable running of the branch. You’ll lead by example, motivating your team to achieve sales and service goals, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised, and customer-focused, with the drive to deliver results. You’ll bring:

Hours of work: An average of 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7.30am - 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.
