Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Branch Manager for the Kirkcaldy, Fife branch to lead a team and ensure the best possible customer experience on the high street. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours/week) and based in a busy retail banking environment. You will drive the branch business plan and manage day-to-day operations with support from the management team.

Training is virtual in-branch and the first weeks are crucial for success. Candidates should be within a 45-minute commute.
