Job summary

Epwin Group's Quay Plastics branch seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations, lead by example, and drive customer service excellence. You'll work with the Branch Manager to maintain standards across trade counter and warehouse.

Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, be IT literate, and hold a full driving licence. Forklift training can be provided if needed. This busy branch offers development within a supportive Epwin Group family.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a busy trade environment.
• Ability to work in a small team with a can-do attitude.
• Understanding of health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Works with Branch Manager to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards in trade counter and warehouse.
• Show can-do/will-do attitude and be a team player.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Lead by example and support branch targets.
• Provide cover for Branch Manager in their absence.
• Friendly, energetic attitude to meet customer needs.
• Must have a full valid driving license; forklift license is preferable but training provided.
• Be IT literate and well organised.
• Experience in a trade counter environment is a plus.
