Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Tees Valley trade counter and warehouse team. You will drive customer service excellence, maintain standards, and uphold health and safety while guiding the team toward the branch’s performance targets.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with commercial awareness, possess a can-do attitude, and have a full valid driving license. Training and development are provided to grow careers within Epwin Group.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with sound commercial awareness.
• Decisive and energetic, able to work in a small team.
• Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential.
