Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong industry knowledge, excellent leadership ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet performance, sales, and service targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including managing key accounts and resolving complex enquiries
  • Prepare customer quotations and oversee day‑to‑day sales activity
  • Manage purchasing, stock levels, and inventory accuracy to ensure strong product availability
  • Maintain a well‑presented, safe, and organised branch environment
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Manage financial processes including cash handling, invoicing, and internal control compliance
  • Conduct staff reviews and support training, development, and succession planning
  • Work closely with senior management to support strategic objectives and contribute to long‑term growth
