GCB Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Office Branch Manager for a Kent-based estate agency. You will cover North Kent across multiple offices, lead teams, drive branch performance, and spearhead growth within a culture of excellent employee benefits and progression.

The role offers a £28,000 basic salary, £55,000–£60,000 OTE, and a company car or car allowance, with strong mentoring and development opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator in estate agency.

• Full UK driving licence.
