Job summary

Stannah, a family-owned engineering company, is seeking an experienced Lift Project Manager to lead Newlift installation projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with customers, contractors and installation teams to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on time and within budget.

The role covers the South of England with a mix of home-based work, site visits and customer meetings. Join a team investing in training, development and a strong culture of internal promotion.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading lift installation projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, cost control and on-time delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including customers, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
  • Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
  • Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
  • Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards

At Stannah, you'll take ownership of Newlift installation projects from concept to completion, working closely with customers, contractors, and installation teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will be covering projects across the South of England, with a mixture of home-based working, site visits, and customer meetings.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30-5.15 and Friday, 8:30 – 13:30
