We Are PROPA Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its Glossop estate agency, responsible for leading the branch, securing new business, and driving profitability in sales, lettings and property management.

You will manage, motivate, and develop the local team, own the branch P&L, and build strong community ties to grow market share. The role requires a proactive leader with excellent networking and mentoring skills, and includes a company car and OTE £50,000+.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager within an estate agency.
• Knowledge of both sales and lettings.
• People and team management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience of branch forecasting and P&L management.
• A demonstrable track record of winning new business and listings.
• Excellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
• A confident, proactive networker, capable of building relationships within the local community.

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays for appointments

About the role

We are working with a highly respected independent estate agency with a strong presence across the North West. With over 30 years in the industry and a genuinely personal, partner-led culture, this estate agency has built a reputation for delivering a service that's second to none across sales, lettings and property management.

They're now looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of their Glossop branch. You'll be leading the team, driving new business, and growing the branch's services and profitability, all while becoming a familiar and trusted face in the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Knowledge of, or connections within, the Glossop area is ideal but not essential. A willingness to embed yourself in the area and build a network from scratch is just as valuable.
• A full, valid UK driving licence
