Job summary

Rhodium Consulting is seeking a Branch Manager for a well-established Electrical Wholesale operation in Canterbury. This role suits a candidate stepping into branch leadership or an experienced manager eager to grow a small team into a bigger, more successful operation.

You will lead operations, drive budgets and duties, and implement strategies to grow existing and new business while maintaining supplier relationships and compliance with Audit & H&S standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale sales or branch management.
• Ability to lead and develop a team within a branch.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunger for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Maximise branch contribution in line with plans and policy.
• Manage and achieve branch budgets and targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based
• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships and inventory
• Ensure compliance with Audit + H&S standards
