Rhodium Consulting seeks a Regional Commercial Manager to lead and grow multiple branches across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West London. You will drive performance, coach teams and shape regional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall success and smooth operation of branches within the designated region
• Setting performance targets for branches, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to achieve goals
• Assist with Recruitment
• Addressing and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment across all branches
• Allocating resources effectively to support branch operations
• Analysing operational performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
