Job summary

Ambiris Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager Valuer to lead our Buxton office in the premium property market. You will drive valuations, listings and sales, and work towards taking over as Managing Director.

The role offers a clear path to MD, a salary dependent on experience, and benefits including profit share and 28 days leave. You will manage a high-end portfolio and guide a sales team daily.

Branch Manager Valuer / Managing Director – Buxton – Salary dependent upon experience OTE £60k plus

If you’re an experienced Branch Manager with valuing experience, wishing to take that next step up in your career, then this is the role for you!

You’ll be working with prestigious properties, in the high end, premium property sector for a highly regarded independent estate agent.

You’ll be provided guidance and training for the role to ensure you are successful with the opportunity of taking over the responsibility from the current managing director.

What you’ll be doing

• You will play a pivotal role in selling, negotiating, valuing and listing premium properties across Buxton and surrounding areas
• Your responsibilities will include booking / carrying out, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
• Understanding of the complexities surrounding the sale of high end, multi-million pound properties
• To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the high end residential property market
• Daily running of branch and sales team

What you will have

• Ability to communicate with high profile clients and meet their high expectations
• Previous management experience is preferred but not essential
• Must have a full UK driving licence and own car
