Ambiris Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager Valuer to lead our Buxton office in the premium property market. You will drive valuations, listings and sales, and work towards taking over as Managing Director.

The role offers a clear path to MD, a salary dependent on experience, and benefits including profit share and 28 days leave. You will manage a high-end portfolio and guide a sales team daily.

• Experience valuing high-end properties.

• Sell, negotiate, value and list premium properties across Buxton and surrounding areas.
• Book and carry out valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties.
• Understand the complexity of selling high-end, multi-million pound properties.
• Be confident communicating with premium property owners and understand the high-end market.
• Daily running of branch and sales team.
