Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a large team to drive performance and service.
• Full responsibility for sales, operations, resources and customer service within the branch.
• Involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate alignment with company values and customer focus.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm; alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm.
