LKQ Europe GmbH in Watford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a large team and drive all aspects of branch operations, sales, logistics and customer service. You will be responsible for performance management, safety and daily KPIs, while promoting a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams and performance

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large team with line management responsibility for the branch
• Own all sales, operations, resource and customer service to hit daily targets and KPIs
• Actively participate in HR activities: performance management, succession planning and recruitment
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and uphold branch standards with a safety-first culture
• Demonstrate alignment with company core values in daily activities
• Foster a customer-focused mindset within the branch
• Collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities
• Work an average of 46 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–6pm plus alternate Saturdays 8am–4pm
