Nationwide is recruiting a Customer Representative for our East Kilbride branch. You will help customers in person, on the phone, and online, guiding them through day-to-day transactions and banking services. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours/week) with a 45-minute commute window from the branch.

You will join a team that values customer-first service, inclusion, and a positive, supportive working environment, with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required, but customer service experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable helping customers face to face, over the phone, and online.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer trusted, friendly help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit their needs and help them manage their money with confidence.
• Work with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot potential issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
