Job summary

TF Solutions, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to join our branch team in the West of England. You will handle customer orders, answer calls, and help get products to customers safely and efficiently.

Full training is provided and you will be assigned a development coach for the first 12 months as you progress through our TF Solutions development scheme and build strong customer relationships on a first-name basis.

Qualifications

• This is a key customer facing role requiring friendly, helpful communication.
• Ability to upsell where appropriate and learn quickly.
• Confidence to build relationships with customers face to face and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in branch and via phone.
• Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain stock on shelves and ensure correct pricing.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and bookings in branch.
• Assist in the warehouse and with administration to understand the business.
