Job summary

HSBC in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding face-to-face service in a busy branch, handle a wide range of transactions, and guide customers to HSBC’s self-service devices and digital banking options.

You will join a supportive team, receive in-branch training over 10 days, and benefit from a starting salary of £25,000 with a discretionary annual bonus, generous holiday, pension, BUPA, and other flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills enabling effective conversations with customers.
• Ability to take ownership of inquiries from start to resolution.
• Resilience in a dynamic, changing branch environment.
• Previous Customer Service experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced branch.
• Process a wide range of transactions with high accuracy.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
