Qualifications

• 6 GCSE passes (or equivalent) incl. English and Maths.
• At least 2 continuous years' work experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact face-to-face, online or by phone with a professional, friendly service.
• Handle enquires with empathy, follow up as required.
• Identify opportunities to promote Progressive products or partner services.
