Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for the Galashiels Branch. This 28-hour-per-week role operates on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will listen to customers, resolve issues, and guide them through digital banking options, across in-branch and phone interactions.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, delivering friendly, efficient service while promoting digital-first solutions and fraud protection. Right to work in the UK is required.

• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
