Job summary

Santander UK plc. is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Wakefield Branch. The role involves 35 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, delivering in-branch and phone support to customers.

You will handle transactions, assist with queries, build relationships and continuously expand product knowledge to improve customer experience. A supportive, multi-skilled branch environment awaits.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
