Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for the Haverfordwest branch. You will greet members, explain digital services, and help them navigate banking hall self-service tools. You’ll identify additional needs and connect customers with experts as appropriate, while offering fraud guidance to protect them from scams.

Training on products, services, and processes is provided; strong communication and a customer-first approach are essential in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
