Job summary

Nationwide is hiring a Customer Consultant in Leeds. You’ll deliver great customer experiences across branch, phone and digital channels, supporting everyday banking moments and with a focus on fair, transparent service.

You’ll join a permanent full-time role (35 hours/week) at the Leeds, West Yorkshire branch, with training and a clear path to develop banking knowledge and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
