Job summary

Epwin Group Plc in Worcester is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy trade counter and branch. You will work Mon-Fri 7:30-16:30 with alternate Saturdays, delivering friendly service and supporting the team.

A full valid driving license is essential; forklift training can be provided. You will help manage the counter and warehouse, assist with health and safety, and support with multi-drop deliveries while working toward branch targets.

Qualifications

Must have a full valid driving license.
Forklift licence would be preferable; training provided if needed.
Experience in a driving role is advantageous.
Friendly, can-do attitude and ability to work in a small team.
Good organisational skills and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service with the team.
Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
Assist with health and safety compliance.
Competent with multi-drop deliveries.
Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
Provide cover in the branch when required.
