Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited in Folkestone is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch, where no two days are the same. You’ll support deliveries, warehouse tasks and the trade counter to keep the branch running smoothly and deliver on our customer promise.

You’ll work with a close-knit team, handle stock checks, goods receiving and order picking, and use handheld devices/ePOD systems. A full, clean UK driving licence and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before every journey.
• Use delivery technology, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately and effectively.
