As Store Manager, you’ll ensure your store is an inspiring place to shop, offering amazing choice and friendly, knowledgeable customer service. You will lead and motivate a close-knit team, supporting, training, and developing them with the tools needed to exceed sales and profit targets through excellent customer service. Our approach emphasizes great service over hard selling, and an interest in creativity or interior design is beneficial as you help customers visualize their projects using in-store technology.
You will create the business plan and develop your team to increase sales margins. Managing all aspects of your store, you will constantly seek improvements as an individual, team, and store. We seek ambitious Store Managers who aspire for their store and team to be the best, demonstrating drive and leadership.
No two days are the same; your tasks may range from creative activities to assisting with traders, lifting tiles, or organizing deliveries.
You have retail experience with full P&L responsibility and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and financial results. You understand that sales are driven by service and prioritize creating excellent customer experiences.
You are commercially aware, with the business acumen to stay ahead of competitors and differentiate your store. You are a passionate, proactive role model and a natural leader who drives performance through clear leadership, coaching, and people management.
