Job summary

APM Monaco is seeking an Operation Associate to support our team at Selfridges in London. This full-time role focuses on delivering a premium client experience, from welcoming guests to ensuring a smooth boutique flow during busy periods.

You will assist sales advisors, coordinate with the team, keep stockroom and shop floor well organized, and participate in restocking, back-and-forth trips, gift presentation, and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and settle them in to offer a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique
• Offer the coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit
• Prepare gift wrapping with care
• Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods
• Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process so they can focus on the client relationship
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients who need priority assistance
• Ensure restocking on the shop floor
• Carry out back-and-forth trips between the stockroom and the boutique as needed
• Take part in receiving and storing merchandise
• Prepare products when necessary
• Contribute to the general upkeep of the boutique: tidiness, cleanliness, presentation
• Help maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards
• Comply with APM Monaco's procedures and standards
