Job summary

APM Monaco is seeking a seasonal part-time Sales Support at Selfridges, London, for the festive contract from December 7 to January 11. You will welcome clients, offer beverages, and assist with gift wrapping and boutique presentation.

You will support sales advisors, help manage the client flow, restock the shop floor, and participate in stockroom runs. The role suits someone comfortable in a premium, international environment with good English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and settle them in for a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique.
• Offer coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit.
• Prepare gift wrapping with care.
• Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods.
• Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process so they can focus on the client relationship.
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients needing priority assistance.
• Ensure restocking on the shop floor and back-and-forth trips between stockroom and boutique as needed.
• Take part in receiving and storing merchandise and preparing products.
• Contribute to the general upkeep of the boutique: tidiness, cleanliness, presentation.
• Help maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards.
• Comply with APM Monaco's procedures and standards.
