Job summary

APM Monaco at Selfridges London is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to deliver a premium luxury shopping experience. You will welcome customers, advise on products, and help achieve boutique sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to strong customer service, maintain boutique standards, and support stock management and visual merchandising while remaining flexible to business needs.

Qualifications

• Boutique or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to learn quickly.

• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets


• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers


• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction


• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment


• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines


• Assist with stock management and inventory
