Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for varied clients using software and Excel.
• Record and categorise income, expenditure, sales and purchase transactions.
• Process information from bank statements, invoices and receipts.
• Prepare clear bookkeeping spreadsheets and schedules.
• Complete bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with clients to obtain records and information.
• Prepare accounts and tax returns for clients.
