The firm is flexible regarding qualifications, and they are open to active students, whose studies will be fully supported, or individuals without formal accounting qualifications. What is essential is a proven track record in an accountancy practice environment, with excellent skills in bookkeeping, VAT, management accounting, year-end accounts, and tax preparation.
Excellent systems skills are required, with exposure to packages such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks preferred.
