We are seeking a reliable and committed individual. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting through robust month-end account closing activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting month-end processes as a key player
  • Accurate and timely processing of journals
  • Conducting monthly ledger revaluations
  • Completing control account and balance reconciliations
  • Managing monthly prepayment and accrual journals
  • Uploading monthly exchange rates
  • Inputting payroll journals
  • Investigating and processing site recharges
  • Posting journals and raising invoices as required
  • Ensuring adherence to internal controls & SOX compliance
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Collaborating with teams within the team to meet deadlines
  • Covering additional GL duties as necessary
What you'll need to succeed
  • AAT qualification (desirable)
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of shared service finance functions
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
  • Work flexibility to meet month-end and year-end reporting deadlines
