Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd based in Warrington town centre is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 7-week period starting on 26 October or 2 November. You will contact past customers or follow up on website enquiries and assist with completing bookings, working Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm with some flexibility.

You will input data into a CRM and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth bookings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or telesales.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Previous experience using a CRM.
• Excellent telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone to discuss booking requirements.
• Working Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.00pm. Hours could be slightly more flexible if required.
• Using a CRM to input accurate data.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
