We are currently seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor for our BMW and MINI Bodyshop in Manchester.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide correct and timely estimates for work required.
2. Maintain a high standard of customer service by providing accurate vehicle damage estimates.
3. Ensure adherence to the Audatex estimate process and Williams procedures at all times.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the skills used within the accident repair environment. A BMW/ATA or VDA Audatex certification would be advantageous but is not essential. A full, clean driving license is required.
