Bodyshop Parts Advisor at Williams Manchester

We are currently seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor for our BMW and MINI Bodyshop in Manchester.

The Main Responsibilities Will Include

1. Providing correct and timely estimates for work required.
2. Maintaining a high standard of customer service, providing accurate vehicle damage estimates.
3. Ensuring both the Audatex estimate and Williams processes are adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the skill sets used within the accident repair environment. A BMW/ ATA, or VDA Audatex certificate would be advantageous but is not essential. A full clean driving licence is required.
