We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor at our DAF Trucks dealership in Sheffield. As a Parts Advisor, we offer:

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade, or related sector.
• Alternatively, experience in a Warehouse/Stores environment with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck/car parts.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working unsupervised during night shifts.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face-to-face, over the trade counter, via telephone, and online. You will efficiently replenish stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations, creating new locations where necessary. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilize all parts identification tools to ensure effective customer response. Maintain complete records for all service exchange parts supplied or returned.

Working hours:

4 nights, 6pm – 6am.
