Job Opportunity: Bodyshop Estimator

We are working with a busy Bodyshop in Eastbourne, East Sussex, that is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Estimator to work in their busy operation.

Location:

Eastbourne, East Sussex

Role Responsibilities:

• You will need to examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required.
• You will monitor estimate/conversion rate.
• Ensure that all necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures.
• Maintain appearance and manner to present the best possible image to Customers in accordance with Company Policy.
• Maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff.
• Record any Customer complaints or non-conformance of the Quality System and implement appropriate corrective actions by following documented procedures.
• Carry out any additional duties, within capabilities, when requested by management, including visiting Customers and working outside normal hours.
