Job Opportunity: Bodyshop Estimator

We are working with a busy Bodyshop in Brighton who is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Estimator to work in their busy operation.

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Job Responsibilities:

1. You will need to examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required.
2. You will monitor estimate/conversion rate.
3. Ensure that all the necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures.
4. Maintain appearance and manner to present the best possible image to Customers in accordance with Company Policy.
5. Maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff.
6. Record any Customer complaints or non-conformance of the Quality System and implement appropriate corrective actions by following documented procedures.
7. Carry out any further duties, within capabilities, when requested by management, including visiting Customers and working outside normal hours.
