I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop that is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy site in High Wycombe area.

Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:

  • Meet and greet customers, manage bookings, courtesy car diary control, and provide customer updates.
  • Liaise with third-party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, requiring a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within an accident repair centre or the Motor Trade.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Previous experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade, ideally within an accident repair centre.
