Leisure People is looking for a proactive Boat Sales Broker to join their Long Eaton team. You will handle inbound enquiries, value boats, and manage the sale process from valuation to completion, with a focus on building a regional network of buyers and sellers.

You will source leads, work five days from seven with some travel to marinas in the region, and benefit from uncapped commission, training, pension contributions, and travel reimbursements in a waterside setting.

Formación

• Experience in selling high-value products or services.
• Successful sales and business development background in related markets.
• Ability to generate own leads and manage end-to-end sales.

Responsabilidades

• Field incoming enquiries to buy and sell boats and manage the sales process from valuation to completion.
• Proactively source boats to sell from marinas around Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and north of England.
• Create a network of potential buyers and sellers, building relationships to become the go-to broker in the region.
• Collaborate with marketing, administration and marina operations teams for a joined-up customer journey.
• Manage your own diary, working any 5 from 7 days to maximise sales opportunities.
• Base yourself from the Long Eaton sales office and travel about once a week to meet customers and attend events.
• Full boat sales brokerage training and ongoing support and development.
• Uncapped commission with earning potential as your network grows.
