Job summary

Leisure People is seeking a results-driven Boat Sales Executive for Long Eaton. You will handle the full sales cycle from valuation to completion and travel around the Midlands and north of England.

You'll build a strong network of buyers and sellers, manage your own diary (5 from 7) and work from our Long Eaton office with occasional on-road visits to events and marinas. An uncapped commission structure and comprehensive benefits await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Personable, ambitious and self-motivated to hit sales targets.
• Experience in selling high-value products or services.
• Proven ability to generate own leads and manage the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming enquiries to buy or sell boats from valuation to completion.
• Source boats for sale inside/outside marinas.
• Build buyer/seller networks to become regional go-to broker.
• Collaborate with marketing, admin and marina teams on the customer journey.
• Manage diary, 5 days from 7, for sales opportunities.
• Occasionally travel weekly to meet customers and attend events.
