Leisure People is seeking a Boat Sales Executive based in Long Eaton with around 20% travel. A £30,000 basic salary with £40,000 OTE in the first year is offered, plus travel expenses and a rich benefits package.

You will handle incoming inquiries, value boats, and manage the full sales cycle, while proactively sourcing opportunities and building a regional network of buyers and sellers. The role includes office-based work in Long Eaton and regular field visits.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience selling high value products or services.
• Experience in boat brokerage or related markets (estate/holiday home/car sales, premium memberships) is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate own leads and manage a full sales cycle.
• Willingness to use own vehicle for work travel and commute to Long Eaton.

Aufgaben

• Field inquiries to buy/sell boats and manage the sales process from valuation to completion.
• Proactively source boats to sell inside/outside marinas across the region.
• Build a network of buyers and sellers to become the go-to boat sales broker in the area.
• Collaborate with marketing, admin and marina ops to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Manage your diary, work 5 days from 7, with weekly travel to meet customers.
