Job summary

Ancasta International Boat Sales Ltd. in Swanwick is seeking a motivated Yacht Broker to join our brokerage team on the River Hamble.

The successful candidate will act as the primary contact between clients and the Swanwick office, drive listings, and deliver outstanding customer service across power and sailing yachts. You will source and secure new boat listings, coordinate viewings and sea trials, manage documentation, and contribute to sales strategies to exceed targets, while upholding

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Drive and tenacity to build and develop relationships with clients.
Good working knowledge of both power boats and yachts.
Previous brokerage and/or new boat sales experience desirable.
Strong sales orientation and outstanding customer service.
Competent IT skills including Word, Excel, Internet and Email.

Responsibilities

Represent Ancasta International Boat Sales to clients and the public as a core brokerage team member.
Source and secure new boat listings proactively.
Promote and sell both new and brokerage boats locally and within the Ancasta Group.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients and fellow brokers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Conduct sea trials with clients as required.
Arrange and conduct viewings of boats for prospective buyers.
Assist with boat movements, deliveries and coordination with external providers.
Prepare sale documentation (Bills of Sale, Change of Ownership, Sale & Purchase, Invoices).
Ensure compliance with brokerage processes and keep accurate records.
Adhere to Health & Safety policies; represent the company at boat shows as needed.
