Lexington-Catering is seeking a dedicated Boarding Chef to join our team and provide nutritious, varied meals for boarders during term time. You will work 40 hours per week across term-time weeks, planning menus, preparing fresh meals, and accommodating dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.

You'll thrive in a friendly, supportive catering team and enjoy shaping homely meals for pupils, with an organised, reliable approach and flexibility for weekend

Qualifications

• Has previous professional catering or chef experience.
• Takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food.
• Has a passion for creating enjoyable meals for children and young people.
• Understands food hygiene and allergen requirements.
• Is organised, reliable and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Has a positive and flexible approach.

Responsibilities
